Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with the product! If for any reason that you are not, lhayafragrances.ca offers a 30-day return policy upon delivery. All products in an order made using a coupon code are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with 80% of the original content remaining. 

To return your product, please send us an email at info@lhayafragrances.ca with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will be provided a return label. Please note the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount and listed as "processing fee". 

Damages and issues
If you received the incorrect item or your item was damaged and you'd like a replacement, please email info@lhayafragrances.ca. Please include your order number and a photo or video of how your order was received.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
